William Sneller, 87, of Luverne, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 20221, at Good Samaritan Society – Mary Jane Brown Home in Luverne.
Services were Saturday, Dec. 4 at American Reformed Church, Luverne, with interment in Maplewood Cemetery, Luverne.
Bill was born Jan. 11, 1934, near Doon, Iowa, to Ed and Louina (Cleveringa) Sneller. In 1952, he graduated from Doon High School.
On Oct. 27, 1955, he married Adrianna Smit.. They lived in Hull, Iowa, two years before moving to a farm near Doon where they lived for about a year before settling on a farm near Kenneth, Minnesota. In 1999, the couple moved into Luverne. In 2014, they became residents at Poplar Creek Assisted Living in Luverne. After struggling with health issues several years, he moved to Good Samaritan Society – Mary Jane Brown Home.
Survivors include his wife; three children, Myron Sneller of Morris, Minnesota, Arlyn (Karen) Sneller of Kenneth and Linda Coors of Gheen, Minnesota; six grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters-in-law.
