Leonard Wildeman


Truth or Consequences, New Mexico 

Leonard “Boz” Wildeman, 70, of Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, recently passed away of lung cancer.

Leeonard Henry Wildeman was born Dec. 21, 1949, in Rock Rapids, Iowa, son of Hank and Phyllis (Delfs) Wildeman. He grew up in Rock Rapids and attended Central Lyon Community Schools.

He practiced psychiatry in Washington, Arizona and Alaska. He spent three years in Mexico in a rural mountain area, sometimes practicing volunteer medicine. He authored a paperback book and Kindle books on Amazon. He retired to Truth or Consequences. 

Survivors include his sisters, Linda Anderson of St. Charles, Illinois, Diana Lensch of Marion, Iowa, and Connie Mays of Jacksonville, Florida; nieces; nephews; aunts, Eunice McCarty of Larchwood and Leona Harmsen of Rock Rapids, and uncle, Raymond Delfs of Rock Rapids. 

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles, a cousin, and a niece.
